TOKYO, December 16, 2025 — Her Excellency Maria Terezinha da Silva Viegas, Ambassador of the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste to Japan, accompanied by Counsellor Célio Moniz, hosted a strategic meeting at the Embassy with senior officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) of Japan.
