Counsellor Célio attended the High-Level Workshop on Leveraging Blended Finance for Resilient Infrastructure and Disaster Preparedness across Asia: A Focus on Flood Risk, hosted by the Asian Development Bank Institute (ADBI), the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) and other partners.
The workshop brought together experts and stakeholders to exchange perspectives on innovative financing approaches to strengthen infrastructure resilience and enhance disaster preparedness across Asia, with particular attention to the growing challenges posed by flood risks.
The event provided a valuable platform for dialogue and knowledge-sharing, while offering opportunities to explore stronger cooperation towards building more resilient infrastructure and disaster-ready communities across the region.
