Tokyo, 21 November — Counsellor Célio Moniz attended a Social Gathering hosted by the International Friendship Exchange Council (FEC) at the Imperial Hotel, Tokyo.
FEC is a non-profit, private-sector organization dedicated to promoting international friendship through economic and cultural exchanges, complementing Japan’s diplomatic efforts through people-to-people initiatives.
On the occasion, Counsellor Moniz also had the opportunity to exchange greetings and take a commemorative photograph with the President of FEC, Mr. Ken Matsuzawa.
The Embassy’s participation reflects its continued commitment to fostering dialogue and cooperation with international and Japanese institutions that support friendship and mutual understanding.
