Tokyo, 28 October 2025 — Counsellor Celio da Silva attended the Imperial Garden Party of Japan, held at the Akasaka Imperial Garden in Tokyo. The event, which is organized twice a year during the spring and autumn seasons, is hosted by the Imperial Household of Japan.
