Counsellor Célio, accompanied by Labour Attaché Mr. João, received Mr. Kazutaka Nakao, owner of the Foreign Employment Support Center Association (FESCA), at the Embassy of the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste in Tokyo.
The meeting focused on exploring the possibility of establishing a training institution to provide vocational education for Timorese citizens, alongside discussions on other initiatives that could contribute to the country's development and the wellbeing of its people.
