TOKYO, 14 SEPTEMBER 2026 — On 14 September 2026, the Embassy of the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste in Japan received an executive delegation from Tsuneishi KAMTECS Corporation, an environmental solutions and waste processing affiliate of the Tsuneishi Group connected with Tsuneishi - Timor Shipbuilding, Unipessoal, Lda.
The corporate delegation was formally received at the Chancery by Counsellor Mr. Célio and Third Secretary Mr. Egídio. The visiting mission from Tsuneishi KAMTECS Corporation was led by Mr. Harada Shuichi, President of the Division, accompanied by Mr. Masamichi Itoh, Executive Officer; Ms. Sakagami Naomi, General Manager; Ms. Toyonaga Chika, Team Leader of the Tokyo Sales Office; and Mr. Takahashi Takuya, Sales Officer.
The primary objective of the consultative meeting was to examine ongoing developments and institutional frameworks concerning waste management systems, environmental processing operations, and specialized logistical know-how currently operating in Timor-Leste.
The parties further exchanged perspectives regarding the investment climate and broader private sector opportunities in our country, reaffirming the Embassy's ongoing commitment to facilitating constructive dialogue with specialized international enterprises.
A delegação empresarial foi formalmente recebida na Chancelaria pelo Conselheiro Sr. Célio e pelo Terceiro-Secretário Sr. Egídio. A missão da Tsuneishi KAMTECS Corporation foi chefiada pelo Sr. Harada Shuichi, Presidente da Divisão, acompanhado pelo Sr. Masamichi Itoh, Diretor Executivo, pela Sra. Sakagami Naomi, Diretora-Geral, pela Sra. Toyonaga Chika, Chefe de Equipa do Escritório Comercial de Tóquio, e pelo Sr. Takahashi Takuya, Encarregado Comercial.
O objetivo principal desta reunião de trabalho consistiu na auscultação e análise aprofundada de matérias relativas aos sistemas de gestão e tratamento de resíduos, bem como ao know-how logístico e operacional em curso em Timor-Leste.
Os intervenientes abordaram igualmente perspetivas de investimento e iniciativas do setor privado no nosso país, reiterando o empenho da Embaixada em apoiar o diálogo institucional com operadores internacionais de referência.
当館におきまして、セリオ参事官およびエジディオ三等書記官がツネイシカムテックス株式会社の役員代表団を公式に接見いたしました。企業側からは事業部門プレジデントの原田修一氏を筆頭に、執行役員の伊藤雅道氏、ゼネラルマネージャーの坂上奈緒美氏、東京営業所チームリーダーの豊永千香氏、営業担当の高橋拓也氏が出席されました。
今回の実務面談では、現在東ティモール国内において展開されている廃棄物管理体制、環境処理オペレーション、ならびに専門的な物流ノウハウに関連する諸現案について意見交換を行い、実情の共有が図られました。
さらに、我が国（東ティモール）に対する民間投資環境や今後の事業展開の可能性についても協議が及び、大使館側は高い専門性を有する国際企業との実務的な対話を継続的に支援していく方針を再確認いたしました。
