During the visit, Mr. Mendonça met directly with the employer, Mr. Kenji Obara, accompanied by a representative of the Tsukuba Industrial Cooperative. The meeting focused on discussing and identifying the difficulties Fernando had encountered in the workplace, with a view to understanding the situation from the perspectives of all parties involved and exploring appropriate measures to address the concerns raised.
