The Embassy of the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste in Japan officially concluded the Book of Condolences opened in honor of the late former President of the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste, His Excellency Dr. Francisco Guterres (Lú-Olo), with an outpouring of sympathy and solidarity from the international community.
On the final day, the Embassy was deeply honored to welcome high-level diplomats, distinguished dignitaries, and students who visited to pay their respects to the late former President and sign the Book of Condolences. Their presence served as a meaningful expression of friendship and support for the Government and people of Timor-Leste during this period of national mourning.
