TOKYO, 13 March 2026 — H.E. Ambassador Maria Terezinha da Silva Viegas received a courtesy call from OISCA International at the Embassy of Timor-Leste in Tokyo. The meeting marked the successful completion of a fourteen-month training program by a Timorese trainee at the OISCA Nishi Nihon Training Center in Fukuoka Prefecture.
The Ambassador was accompanied by Counsellor Mr. Celio Moniz and Senior Assistant Mrs. Misako Nakamura. The visiting delegation included:
