Ms. Nakamura, Senior Assistant of the Embassy of the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste in Tokyo, attended the Welcoming Ceremony and Reception for overseas participants of the JICA Knowledge Co-Creation Program on “Sustainable Port Development and Planning” 2026.
The program brings together professionals from various countries to exchange knowledge, experiences, and best practices in port planning, management, and infrastructure development.
The initiative also reflects JICA’s commitment to supporting sustainable economic growth, strengthening maritime connectivity, and promoting resilient infrastructure development worldwide.
